1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Vibeet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Vibeet services.

2. Age Restriction (Strictly 18+)

Vibeet is strictly for users aged 18 and older. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree purely to use the service for lawful purposes. You shall NOT:

• Broadcast nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit content.
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
• Use the service to promote violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.
• Record or broadcast the video feed of other users without their explicit consent.

4. Safety Standards: Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Vibeet maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We define CSAE strictly in accordance with international safety standards, including but not limited to:

• Grooming a child for sexual exploitation.
• Sextortion of a minor.
• Trafficking of a child for sexual purposes.
• Distribution, possession, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Any user found engaging in such behavior will be permanently banned immediately. Furthermore, Vibeet will report such incidents and user details (including IP addresses and timestamps) to the appropriate authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vibeet acts as a passive conduit for the distribution of user-generated content. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed by users. You interact with other users at your own risk. In no event shall Vibeet be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
